Team Foundations

The Team Foundations Workshop is a great starting point for groups who are adding new members to the team, combining pre-existing teams, have experienced a change in management, or simply want to improve inter-office culture. When a team has a shared language of communication and group agreements there is an increase in productivity, efficiency, and sense of well-being in the workplace. Participants will engage in improv activities that highlight translatable skill-sets such as active listening, effective communication, collaboration, the introduction of “Yes, and”, and opportunities to demonstrate the “Yes, and” mentality.
