It isn’t about “othering” womxn or creating a gender division, it’s about addressing the unique experiences womxn face in the workplace, creating space to cultivate their ideas, and empowering their ideas to be heard.

Womxn at Work

Womxn* make up around half of our labor workforce, however, the workspace at large is still evolving to consider and include womxn. Our specialized Womxn at Work workshop, led by female instructors, will utilize improv theory and group led activities to address the issues that womxn face in the work place. The workshop will explore discussion topics such as: How can we support each other as womxn without sacrificing our own needs and beliefs—and how can we trust that we will be supported? How can we be assertive while battling the microaggressions, misrepresentations and misconceptions of womxn? Our instructors will help guide your team through these difficult conversations, all while providing a safe and fun space of exploration.

*Daring Onward uses the term Womxn because we believe in the inclusion of anyone who identifies to this term, in any capacity.
